I've been at this storage facility since it's open and my goodness! It's been amazing. Huge thanks to Crystal in the office who is very patient and sweet when it comes to customer service. I've change units back to back and she's made it a smooth transition everytime. This facility is clean everytime I come. UPDATE: 2023 - We have 3 units with Star Storage and continue to have great service with Crystal in the front office. 2018 - The front office assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was very easy to change storage sizes. I even got locked out once and called the 800 number and was assisted by a kind gentleman named Corey and I was able to get back in and finish my loading. I loved my experience with CubeSmart.

Today I was in to move to the smallest unit available after being in largest and this is the 3rd size I been in but due to price increases. It’s horrible that it keeps going up within 2 to 3 months of each other I will say it was the best Customer Service I have had since I have started storing things there. She was on top of things and knew everything I ask her. Great costumer service today. She is a 10 out if 10.
