Yes, we have spaces for boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, semi-trailers, trucks, and cars at most of our Storage Star locations. Yes, we offer a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies. If purchased the day of lease signing you will receive a 10% discount on moving boxes and moving supplies (at participating facilities). Contact your local Storage Star facility for participation information and full details.
Our gate access is open every day for your convenience. Office hours and daily access hours vary per location. Please contact the Storage Star facility closest to you for more details or refer to our locations page and select the desired facility for more details.
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our Storage Star website. Please ask your site manager about paying for your storage unit through our website, or simply use the “Pay Online” button on your Storage Star location’s website.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover! Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program. We also accept checks and cash.
You may also arrange for payments to be automatically charged to your credit card. Ask your site manager about this feature or use the “Pay Online” button on your Storage Star location’s website.
We require a 7-day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
