I had a great experience at Storage Star thanks to Cinnamon! She took the time to show me a smaller storage unit and was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire tour. She answered all of my questions clearly and made the process feel simple and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right unit for their needs.One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the property was. The storage grounds were spotless, organized, and felt very secure, which gave me a lot of confidence in choosing this location. It’s not always easy to find a storage facility that has both excellent customer service and clean facilities, but Storage Star definitely delivered on both. I highly recommend this location, and Cinnamon made the experience even better!

The St Francis Way storage facility hours are Mon - Fri: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Sat: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, and closed on Sunday. You can still access your storage unit outside of office hours and on Sundays.

Yes. We offer tenant protection and unit insurance, or you’re welcome to provide your own proof of insurance through a third-party provider.

You’re welcome to bring your own lock, or we have high-quality locks available for purchase on-site. We also sell moving and packing supplies at the front office.

If you're ready to rent a unit, you will need: - A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) - A payment method for your first month’s rent and fees - A signed rental agreement (can be done online or in person) - Your own lock (or purchase one at the facility) - Storage unit insurance: You can either provide your own coverage or purchase an affordable Tenant Protection Plan from Storage Star, starting at just $15 per month.

We’re just off Highway 12, near the Rio Vista Bridge. We’re just a short drive from the West Wind Mobile Home Park, Casitas del Rio apartment homes, and the Rio Vista Municipal Airport.

Absolutely! We’re across the river from the Delta Farmer’s Market by the Tower, just north of The Point Restaurant and Foster’s Bighorn.
