"Needed to store a piano. My mother chose a unit which are it difficult to place the piano (Old and Heavy). Spoke with Annette who was nice enough to find us a unit which was easier to load. The unit was on the outside so I was expecting it to be roasting inside. To my surprised it was nice and cool and I found out the unit was climate controlled, SCORE!!. Piano stored and unit transferred with no issue. Thanks to Annette we are very satisfied customers."
