We recently moved out of our storage locker - finalizing a relocation out of state. The staff there, Annette and Danny were great to work with. Super friendly and helpful. Also, the facility is great. We had items stored for nearly 3 years, and the unit/area remained clean, no pests, and temperature controlled. Everything came out in the same condition as when we loaded it.
