I’m a freshman at UW and pretty much had no idea what I was doing when getting a storage unit and parking space. Ken walked me through the whole process and signing all of the paperwork. This man deserves a raise! He was extremely friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and I will remember this experience as a very positive one. Thank you Star Storage :)

Very happy with our move in! Reserving a unit online was extremely easy, then the staff was thorough and helpful before we our move in ... Very happy with our move in! Reserving a unit online was extremely easy, then the staff was thorough and helpful before we our move in date to make sure they had all the info and help us has the easiest move in, since we were coming from out of state. On move in day, we were running late getting to Laramie, I called the office and Ken was helpful and flexible to get us set up with our unit even after the office was closed. We really appreciate the help and the move in deals!
